All materials to be used on work, such as cement, steel, stones, bricks, aggregates, asphalt, wood, tiles, etc. shall be got approved in advance from the engineerincharge and shall pass the tests and analysis required by him.

The offer shall remain open for acceptance for minimum period of 60 days from the date of opening of envelope no. 2 financial bid and thereafter until it is withdrawn by the contractor by notice in writing duly addressed to the authority opening the tender and sent by registered post acknowledgment due.

If there be any objection regarding prequalifying the agency that should be lodged on line to the chairman of tender evaluation committee within 2 two days from the date of publication of list of qualified agencies and beyond that time schedule no objection will be entertained by the tender evaluation committee.
