The work period is 45 days.

The payment terms are 90% after successful completion as per the specifications and handing over the said well to the territorial PHE division, after verification from concerned assistant executive engineer. Balance 10 shall be released after successful performance of production tube well for a minimum period of 07 seven months defect liability period. The bid notice states that the time allowed for carrying out the supplywork as entered in the tendershall be strictly observed by the manufacturer and shall be reckoned from the date on which the order to commencesupply work is given to the manufacturer. The supplywork shall throughout the stipulated period of the contractbe proceeded with all due diligence time being deemed to be of the essence of the manufacturer on the part of themanufacturer and the manufacturer shall pay as compensation an amount equal to one percent, or suchamount as the pradhan hose decision in writing shall be final may decide , on the amount of the tenderedamount of the whole supplywork as shown by the tender for every day that the supplywork remains on uncommenced, or unfinished after the proper dates.
