The total estimated requirement is 6,51,**** kgs for the first lot and 4,19,**** kgs for the second lot. our total estimated requirement is as follows which shall be purchased progressively as per our requirement under the framework agreement. the quantity mentioned is nominal.

The warranty period is 18 months from the date of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning, whichever is earlier. Any warranty replacement during the warranty period shall be supplied free of charge on a site basis, at the destination specified by BHEL.

Evaluation shall be done on an item-wise basis. 65% of the total quantity will be ordered to the L1 vendor, and the remaining 35% to the L2 vendor, if they accept the L1 rate. If not, the L1 rate will be offered to L3, and so on. If no other vendor matches the L1 rate, the contract will be awarded to the L1 vendor for the total quantity.
