The final selection of the agency shall be based on the least quoted rates basis (L1 basis) in the financial bid. In case of a tie, negotiations will be held, and the agency with the lowest rate in negotiations will be awarded the work.
The bidder agency shall be registered with the Animal Welfare Board of India (AWBI). The agency must have experience of catching minimum 500 stray cattle in the last 03 years in any municipal corporation, government department, or government undertaking. A certificate of satisfactory work execution from the competent authority must be attached. The average annual financial turnover of the applicant during the last 02 years shall at least be **** lac. A certificate of chartered accountant must be attached with UDIN. The bidder agency must have a valid PAN issued by the income tax department. The bidder agencies should not have been debarred, blacklisted, or charged with any malpractice blacklisted by any department, statutory entity, autonomous institution, or PSU.
