The work must be completed within 4 months from the start date. The intended completion date is 4 months after start of work.

Payments are made through running/final bills. The agency is paid the lowest of the accepted rates or the amount worked out with the accepted percentage above/below HSR rates. GST is reimbursed on proof of deposit.

The contract is awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price and is within the available bid capacity.

Bidders must have a contractor ID on www. ***. *. * works above Rs. 25 lakhs, a valid enlistment certificate with proof of machinery/manpower is required. Minimum average annual turnover of **** lakhs and experience in similar works is required.

Any damages or penalties imposed by statutory authorities like NGT on account of non-compliance with laws shall be borne by the contractor.

The bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the site at their own responsibility and expense. The employer makes no representation regarding the accuracy of site information.

After technical evaluation results are posted, the employer shall wait for 7 days before opening financial bids to give disqualified bidders an opportunity to avail any remedy available under the law.

Bids can be rejected for: conditional tenders, missing EMD or tender document fee, failure to meet qualification criteria, false representations, poor performance, or participating in previous bidding with unreasonably high prices.

The intended completion period is 01 one calendar months as per the contract data. The work must be completed in all respects within this time period.

Bills for percentage rate tenders shall be prepared at estimated rates, with the percentage excess or less added or subtracted from the gross amount of the bill, as per clause 21(vii).

Bidders must be B class contractors registered with the state governments and contractors of equivalent grade/class registered with central government railways with proof of registration enclosed.

Failure to achieve milestones may result in liquidated damage being imposed, as per clause 32(vi).

Bids without online payment of Rs. 6,000 for bid document cost or EMD are liable for rejection summarily as per clauses 4 and 6.
