The lift manufacturer shall comply with BIS standards, duly certified by the manufacturer itself. The manufacturer shall be compliant to the public procurement preference to make in India, order 2017 as amended from time to time issued by the department of industrial policy and promotion (DIPP), ministry of commerce and industry, the experience of successful completion of similar works as per CPWD works manuals (SOP i. e. the manufacturer should have satisfactorily completed similar works as mentioned below during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. i. three similar works each costing not less than 40 i. e. Rs. 15,78,252 or ii. two similar works each costing not less than 60 i. e. Rs. 10,17,379 or iii. one similar work costing not less than 80 i. e. Rs. 13,56,505. Similar work shall mean works of supply installation testing commissioning of lifts in Raj Bhawan/LC. M. LP. M. house in India and the firm should have done the work in its own name. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at simple rate of 7 per annum calculated from the date of completion to last day of month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. iv. certificate of financial turn over: at the time of submission of bid contractor may upload affidavit/certificate from camentioning financial turnover of last 7 years and further details if required maybe asked from the contractor after opening of technical bids. There is no need to upload entire voluminous balance sheet. Bidding capacity: bidders should have bidding capacity equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender. Delays in attending the calls and or repairing the defective equipment beyond time limit of one day will attract penalty @Rs. 500/- per day.

Tenderers are also advised to carefully inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves, before submitting their tenders, as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender. A tenderer shall be deemed to have full knowledge of the site whether he inspects it or not.

The bid for the works shall remain open for acceptance for a period of seventy five 75 days from the date of opening of technical bid.

The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 16,95,631.
