Bids may be rejected if contractor ID on HEWP portal is not available, EMD not deposited, or misleading information is provided. the bidder must have contractor id on hewp portal haryana engineering works portal for participation in the tendering process failing which the firms tender will be straight away rejected.

The evaluation is lumpsumitemwise and bidders quote premiumdiscount and applicable gst for total value of the work.
