They must also have a PAN issued by the Income Tax department, a GST number, proof of valid EPF registration, and an undertaking that the bid will be valid for 120 days and that they are not in default of any dues to the department or blacklisted/debarred by any government department.

Conditional bids and bids not meeting the qualifying criteria will be summarily rejected. Violation of conditions can result in penalties as decided by the executive engineer. Repeated violations may lead to termination of the contract.
