Work completion period is 30 days as per tender details: period of workdays 30.

No running payment without approval: no running payment for work will be allowed, unless it is approved by appropriate k. m. c. authority.

Defect liability period: a period of 3 three years for road work and 1one year for building work from the date of successful completion of the work.

Credential of similar nature required: credential of any kind of roads and or footpath works for road works. Income tax receipt, PAN, GSTIN required.

Penal action for defects: penal action against the contractor will be imposed by the department as deem fit if defects not rectified.

Site visit encouraged: the bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works.

Withdrawal during validity forfeits EMD: if the bidder withdraws the bid during the validity period of bid, the earnest money as deposited will be forfeited forthwith.

Estimated value is Rs. 2,99,116: tender value in inr 2, 99, 116.

Work completion within 20 days from issue of work order. time of completion . . . 20 days
