The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 10 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited. EXCERPT

If the bidder fails to complete the various job assigned to him as per the scope of the work in the given time mentioned under progress schedule he is liable for compensation. EXCERPT

The successful bidder will be expected to complete the works by the intended completion date specified in the contract data. Proposals will be ranked according to their combined technical and financial scores using the weights.

Only those applicants shall participate in the tender who fulfills the criteria mentioned in the rfp. The reputed firms/consultants should enlist with DULB, MCG, GMDA, HSVP, PWD BR, PWD PHE, MES, CPWD central govt. state govt. department. , undertaking private having designed and prepared the abovementioned works or similar nature works are eligible to participate in the tender.

A penalty on the consultant can be imposed by mcf at the rate of 1 of the awarded contract value per month of the delayed period and maximum to 5 of the total work allotted by the mcf concerned. The contract of the consultant with the mcf will be terminated in the following ways: i. the term of contract expires ii. termination of contract by the mcf due to nonperformance during the execution of project.

Payment will be made only after administrative approval of the estimate as per the schedule given below.

Proposals will be ranked according to their combined technical and financial scores using the weights. The lowest evaluated financial proposal is given the maximum financial score. The formula for determining the financial scores of all other proposals is calculated as follows: sf = 100 x fm /f, in which sf is the financial score, fm is the lowest price, and f the price of the proposal under consideration.

Reputed firms/consultants enlisted with relevant government departments, having designed and prepared similar works, with at least 3 projects in the last 3 years costing not less than 1. 00 crore, and a cumulative turnover of more than **** lac during the last 3 years are eligible to participate.

A penalty on the consultant can be imposed by M. C. F at the rate of 1% of the awarded contract value per month of the delayed period and maximum to 5% of the total work allotted by the M. C. F concerned.
