The tender is for desilting of the Mungeshpur drain. The work must be completed within 180 days. The bid submission deadline is December 22, 2025, at 3:00 PM, and the tender will be opened on the same day at 3:05 PM. Earnest money deposit is required. The contractor must provide ESI and EPF registration. The site for the work is available. The contractor must comply with all labor laws. The agency can revise their rates online before the submission deadline. The work is of utmost importance as this work is being monitored by the higher authorities of government.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 180 days from the 09 day after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.
The participating contractors should upload the following documents through eprocurement portal: i. copy of gst registration. ii. registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in ifc, railway and bsnl along with the proof of registration from respective department. iii. scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd iv. scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration. v. copy of pan no. vi. valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id. vii. all the requisite documents must be selfattested before uploading. viii. experience of having successfully completed works during last seven years ending on previous day of submission of tenders or ownership of machine as below:
In case of delay in completion of work penalty shall be imposed on the contractor @0. 5 per day of the cost put to tender and shall be recovered from any dues of the contractor with the department.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
