Compensation of 1/2% per week for delay, max 10% of estimated cost. contractor shall pay as compensation an amount equal to 1 2 on the amount of the estimated cost. . . for every week that the work remains uncommenced, or unfinished.

Samples of materials must be deposited for testing. a sample of stone, metal, chips, sand, cement, etc to be used are to be deposited noting the quarry under dated initial of the tenderer in the office of the concerned assistant engineer, before the procurement for testing and acceptance.
