Launch e-Tenders

Eligible contractors must have implemented similar works in government departments, Zilla Parishad, or statutory bodies. completion certificate indicating estimated amount, value of work done, date of completion of the work and detailed communication address along with contact number of the client should be submitted.

For delay, the contractor shall be bound to pay compensation at the rate of 1. 5 percent over the total tendered value of work for delay of every week or part of a week by way of liquidated damages. failing which the contractor shall be bound to pay compensation at the rate of 1. 5 percent over the total tendered value of work for delay of every week or part of a week by way of liquidated damages

Intending tenderers are encouraged to inspect the site of work and get themselves thoroughly acquainted with the local condition and all factors which may affect their rates. intending tenderers at their own cost and risk are encouraged to inspect the site of work and get themselves thoroughly acquainted with the local condition and all factors which may affect their rates.

Tenderers may be suspended from participating in tenders for 3 years if they fail to produce original hard copies of documents or suppress facts. if any tenderer fails to produce the original hard copies of the documents especially completion certificates and audited balance sheets, or any other documents on demand of the tender evaluation committee within a specified time frame or if any deviation is deleted in the hard copies from the uploaded soft copies or if there is any suppression, the tenderer will be suspended from participating in the tenders on etender platform for 3 three years.
