The Puducherry State Cooperative Consumers Federation Ltd. is inviting bids for the supply of MTU **** Swarna raw rice, more than 6 months old, for free distribution in the Yanam region of Puducherry for one year (June 2025 to May 2026). The tender is a two-bid system. Bidders must register on the e-tendering portal (www. ***. *. *). A tender fee of INR 5,000 and an earnest money deposit of INR 30,00,000 are required. Bidders must submit 3 samples of 1 kg rice. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee for 5% of the order value within 5 days of the award of the contract. The delivery of rice should strictly adhere to quality norms. The supplier should commence supply within 3 days of receiving the monthly permit and complete the supply within 10 days. Penalties will be applied for late delivery. The entire ordered quantity must be supplied within the stipulated time. No extension of time will be granted for supply beyond the specified date. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Puducherry.
