The payment milestone for each service in the scope of work is in the following stages: concept design (10%), preliminary design and drawings for approval (10%), drawings for statutory approvals (10%), detailed design and drawings for tender (25%), bid process management (10%), construction stage activities (15%), and on completion (10%).
For projects up to Rs. 3. 0 crore, the financial bid of the bidders who qualify the initial eligibility criteria will be opened, and the work will be awarded to the bidders whose financial quote is found least. For projects above Rs. 3. 0 crore, selection will be based on quality cost-based selection (QCBS).
Architects firm should be empanelled by HSIDC, and should not have any structural failure of the buildings designed, be currently barred or blacklisted by any autonomous body, central and/or state government in India, have any litigations/arbitration pending with any government department/bodies/corporation as on the date of opening of technical proposals, and have an average annual turnover from consultancy during the last three audited financial years ending March 2023 that is not less than 1% of the project cost. They should have completed successfully at least one project of similar nature in the last seven years costing at least 80% of the project cost, or two projects costing at least 60% each, or three projects costing at least 50% each.
The estimated total value of the project is Rs. 5,00,000.
