The work shall be completed by the contractor within the stipulated time period mentioned above, which is 30 days.

The defect liability period shall be 36 months.

The allotting authority reserves the right of granting the contract to any of the tenderer if deems proper in the interest of the work of course at the lowest received rates without assigning any reason thereof.

In order to qualify, all bidders shall provide copies of documents as defined below: i scanned copy of registration card duly renewed for the current financial year **** ii gstin registrationon and latest clearance certificate form gst3b i. e. latest clearance certificate form gst3b of the preceding monthquarter to the issued of nit i e. if the bidder have opted for qrmp scheme under gst then gstr3b for quarter ended sept. 2025 is to be uploaded and if the bidder have not opted for qrmp scheme under gst, then gstr3b for the month of oct. 2025 is to be uploaded. iii scanned copy of pan card. iv cdrfdr 2 of advt. cost of any nationalized schedule bank pledge to tender opening authority. v cost of tender document in shape of current date echallan copy of receipt from treasury favoring executive engineer pwd rb division doda 8 indicating name of work, nit no. and s. no by crediting the requisite charges to the mh **** revenue. vi affidavit on correctness of information submitted with the bid duly notarized with indicating name of work nit no. annexure a enclosed vii affidavit duly attested by ist class magistrateexecutive magistrate as per annexure b enclosed

The bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works and its surroundings including source of earth, water, road aggregates etc. and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the works.

The employer will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
