The tender is for the repair and renovation of family quarters. Bids must be submitted online by November 14, 2025, at 16:00 hrs. The technical bids will be opened on November 15, 2025, at 11:00 hrs. The lowest bidder (L1) must deposit the original copy of required earnest money and hard copies of all relevant documents within five days from opening of financial bids. The earnest money deposit (EMD) is 2% of the advertised cost. The site for the work is available, and bidders are advised to inspect it before bidding. A penalty of 1% per week will be imposed for delays, up to a maximum of 10% of the contract value. Bidders must disclose their bank account number linked with their valid GST registration.
The successful bidder will be expected to complete the work by the intended completion date specified in the NIT, which is 60 working days.
The successful bidder shall rectify all the defects during defect liability period of 12 months.

In case of delay in completion of the work beyond scheduled period of completion as perallotment, a penalty at the rate of 1 per week on prorata basis on the amount of allottedwork shall be imposed on the contractors subject to a maximum of 10 of the contractvalue.
The bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarizehimself with the site of works and its surroundings including source of earth, water, road aggregatesetc. and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into acontract for construction of the works.
