The work completion time is 6 weeks from 10th day of SAP PO or date of handing over of site, whichever is earlier.

The tender will be awarded to the L1 bidder.

Bidders are required to submit complete documents pertaining to PQC along with their offer. Failure to meet the PQC will render the bid to be summarily rejected.

Price adjustment for delay in completion shall be deducted @per week of delay of part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of total executed value of work from ra bills, on cumulative value of works done up to the concerned ra bill.

The estimated value is s. 14, 37, **** inclusive of gst at 18 of work

The work completion period shall be 3 weeks from the 10th day of the purchase order or date of handing over of site, whichever is earlier.

Payment for extra items will be made according to a priority system, referencing basic rates, finalized rates, and rate analysis.

All the works carried out by the contractor shall be covered under defect liability period for a period of 12 twelve months from the date of handing over of completed work to iocl.

After opening the price bid, the successful bidder who has quoted the lowest rate (L1 rate) will be considered for award of work.

The estimated value is Rs. 20,93,**** inclusive of GST.

The completion period is 8 weeks from the commencement order or site handover date, whichever is earlier.

Payment for extra items will be made based on priority: 1. basic rates for Chandigarh DO, 2. finalized rates for MI and painting contracts for Chandigarh region, 3. rate analysis with actual market rates for non-SOR items. No extra payment over basic rates will be made for extra items if surcharge is in the tender.

The successful bidder will be the one who quotes the lowest rate (L1 rate) derived on the basis of net landed cost.

The tender shall stand summarily rejected for non-submission of EMD, bidder not meeting pre-qualifying criteria, non-withdrawal of unacceptable conditions to IOCL, submitting fabricated/false/forged documents, or being on a holiday/blacklist.

The estimated value of the work is Rs. 20,12,**** inclusive of GST.

The completion period shall be 08 eight weeks from the date of commencement. The date of commencement shall be 15th day from the date of issue of loa or actual handing over of the site whichever is earlier.

The lowest quote after end of reverse auction shall be considered for further processing. Party who has quoted the lowest rate l1 rate on landed cost price after ra and with or without negotiation will be considered for award of work after considering the tax credit implication wherever applicable as per the policy of the corporation. However, award of work shall be as per the applicable provisions of ppmii.

The qualifying parameters for the tender shall be as mentioned below. Applicants not fulfilling following qualifying parameters need not apply. Annual turnover, similar work criteria.

The estimated value of the total works is INR 839,****, inclusive of GST.
