The warranty period of the transformers shall be 72 months for led street light fittings shall be 36 months from the date of commissioning.
The employer will award the contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price.
The bidder should have an HT license issued by the chief electrical inspector, haryana, or any other state of india, for the execution of ht electrical works.
In the event of failure on part of the contractor to achieve timely completion of the project, including any extension of time granted under clause 27, he shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available under the law to the employer on account of such breach, pay as agreed liquidated damages to the employer and not by way of penalty in a sum calculated at the rate per day or part thereof as stated in the contract data.
The bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the works.
