Bidders must submit bids online with a digital signature. Original documents related to the bid must be submitted physically by the L1 bidder after the financial bid opening. Scanned copies of necessary documents, including registration card, EMD, GST, and PAN, must be uploaded with the technical bid. The work must be completed within 45 days. The bid validity is 120 days from the technical bid opening date. Penalty for delay in completion of work can be up to a maximum of 10% of the contract value.
The bid notice states that he work is to be completed within the time limit specified in the nit.
The payment schedule shall be fixed after award of contract in favour of successful bidder, on the basis of availability of funds and value of work executed, shall be determined by the engineer.
The defect liability period (DLP) shall be calculated from the date of certified completion of work and period shall be 12 months for building work, bridges, culverts, water tanks and for B. T. works as per R&B guidelines and 06 months for other works.
All bidders shall upload the following information and documents along with qualification criteria qualification information with their bids: copies of original documents defining constitution legal status, place of registration and principal place of business, valid GST no. and pan no. along with the latest gst return form gst3gstr3b, copy of earnest money deposit and tender document fee indicating name of work therein.
In case of delay in completion of work beyond stipulated period of completion, penalty upto maximum of 10 of the contract shall be imposed.
The bidders at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and its surroundings before submission of bid.
The tender value is INR 4,90,000.
