Bidders must submit bids online on the eprocurement portal of CIL with a valid digital signature certificate (DSC). The bid must include documentary evidence of the relationship between joint venture partners, experience, financial resources, and other required documents. The successful bidder will be expected to complete the works by the intended completion period specified in the bid document. Bidders should visit and examine the site of works. All documents relating to the bid must be in English. The employer may extend the deadline for submission of bids. The employer reserves the right to accept, negotiate, or reject any bid, and to cancel the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to the award of contract. The bidder whose bid has been accepted will be notified electronically on the eprocurement portal of CIL.
