The sale of condemned vehicles and scraps will be conducted through an e-tender cum e-auction. Bidders must download the material list and terms and conditions from the website. An EMD is required for each vehicle type (bus, light motor vehicle, two-wheeler) and 25% of the quoted value for other scrap materials. Bidders must enclose copies of GST certificate, PAN card, and pollution control certificate. The rate should be quoted for the entire lot. The auction will commence at 11:00 AM on the scheduled date and will remain open until the time specified in the auction catalogue, or until the extension time. The successful bidder must remit the balance bid amount within 14 working days from the date of the sale confirmation order. If lots are not cleared within the specified time, a ground rent will be charged. The agency reserves the right to withdraw from the sale of any lots or reject any bid.
