The Tamil Nadu Academy of Construction (TAC) is seeking a training provider to offer online skill up-gradation training in 40 courses to 10,000 children of construction workers registered with the Tamil Nadu Construction Workers Welfare Board (TNCWWB). Bidders must submit their bids online by December 1, 2025, at 3:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 19, 2025. The selection will be based on the Quality and Cost Based System (QCBS), with an 80:20 weightage for technical and financial scores, respectively. Bidders must pay an EMD of INR 15,00,000. The assignment is expected to be completed within 7 to 8 months after the work order is issued. The training cost will be released in three installments. The successful bidder must furnish a performance security of 5% of the total project cost.

The selection of the bidder shall be based on the QCBS method in which weightage of the technical score shall be 80 and weightage of the financial score shall be 20.

In case the bidder fails to deploy the proposed resources considered for evaluation in the bid, tac reserves the right to reduce remuneration of that resource by 10 of the remuneration which would have been paid to the original personnel, till completion of contract.
