The bidders whose bids who are found responsive in the preliminary examination as per clause 3. 16 and qualified in the prequalification criteria as per clause 3. 4 of the rfp will be considered for next stage of evaluation of technical bid.
If there is any illegal movement of liquor which has passed through the software system installed by the contract and resulting into duty evasion by the distillery, then penalty equivalent to 300 of excise duty evaded will be imposed in the 1st instance.
