Bidders must complete application/bid preparation/submission on time. Applications not submitted on time will be considered as not submitted. Bidders must confirm their application/bid status after completing all activities. Technical and commercial bids must be submitted online. Bidders must register on the eprocurement portal (www. ***. *. *) and obtain a digital certificate. The tender rate offer must be valid for 90 days. Work order will be placed after purchase committee approval. Payment against bill invoice will be released within 15 days. AMC contract covers all hardware components (except physical damage), all software components (software provided by HIPA), service/repair charges, one full day fixed call or two half days per week, network security responsibility of the vendor, Monday to Saturday support. Payment is quarterly within 15 days of invoice submission. HIPA has the right to take action including termination for service default. Bidders must check all hardware physically before submitting the AMC rate. The contract is initially for 2 years, extendable at the same rate. Bidders must have 3 years experience in relevant field and proof of financial position (annual turnover of Rs. 40 lakhs or above). Bidders must have expertise in preventive onsite maintenance and repair of network, cctv components. Periodicity of preventive maintenance services must be done quarterly or in case of any breakdown or any other requirement related to network maintenance/repair. Qualified engineer must be provided by the firm/company/vendor as and whenever required or within 24 hours of any fault reported. The vendor service provider must have three years experience of successfully execution of amc work in any central state government department organizations ministries psus etc. proof must be submitted. Online bids under two bid systems will be accepted. The tender rate offer should be valid up to 90 days. The work order will only be placed after approval by the purchase committee competent authority as may be intimated. Payment against bill invoice shall be released within 15 days only after receipt. Arbitration will be referred to the sole arbitration of the director general, hipa or some other persons appointed by him. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the parties to this contract. The order executed will be subject to Indian law and local courts at Haryana only. The director general, hipa will reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations received without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
