The financial offer of the prospective tenderer will be considered only if the tenderer qualifies in the technical bid. The decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.

The agency shall have satisfactorily completed during the last five years from the date of issuance of this notice at least any type of civil works preferable cleaning works having a minimum Rs. 2. 0 lakhs. The credential for the above purpose will be in the form of completion certificate or progress certificate, issued by a competent authority of a state/central government, state/central government undertaking, statutory autonomous bodies constituted under the state/central statute on the executed value of completed/running work. Payment certificate will not be treated as credential. The prospective bidders shall have submitted valid up to date non statutory documents voter id card for self-identification to be accompanied with the technical bid documents. pan card, gst registration certificate, trade license latest valid, epf esi certificate. income tax return certificate of last 03 three years. latest p, tax challan payment certificate, p. tax enrollment certificate, valid credential certificates as mentioned above. All the documents must be submitted with coloured scan copy with clear visibility, otherwise documents must be considered as rejected. The documents submitted by the bidders should be properly indexed self-attested. The prospective bidders or any of their constituent partner shall neither have abandoned any work nor any of their contract have been rescinded during the last 5 five years, such abandonment or rescission will be considered as disqualification towards eligibility. A declaration in this respect through affidavit has to be furnished by the prospective bidders without which the technical bid shall be treated non responsive.

Before submission of tender, the tenderer shall have to acquaint by actual visit to the site as regards prevailing conditions and tenderer submitting tender shall be deemed to have done so. He must acquaint himself with local conditions of labour, material, transport, electricity, water, panchayat regulations etc.
