The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 12 months from the date of start as defined in schedule f or from the first date of handing over of the site, whichever is later.

Payment would be made at the 7th day every month based on the actual shift manned/operated by the personnel supplied by the contractor and based on the documentary proof jointly signed by the representative of the department and the contractor/his representative/personnel authorized by him of each month.

The employer reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason.

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed the similar works during the last seven years ending last date of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited.

For item no. 1: **** per day, for item no. 3: rs. 900 per day, for item no. 5: rs. 800 per day, for item no. 7: rs. 900 per day, for item no. 9: rs. 300 per day will be charged as penalty in case of absent.

The intending bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and sub soil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

The work is estimated to cost Rs. 59, 57, 208.
