Credentials of similar work completed within one year at different government hospitals must be submitted. Only approved brands will be accepted. Samples must be approved before full supply. Testing of samples may be conducted. The manufacturer must arrange stage-wise inspection of the furniture at the factory. If the furniture is rejected, the contractor must remove it from the site within 7 days. The manufacturer must produce all materials in advance for testing and approval. All tests are at the contractor's cost. No conditional or incomplete tenders will be accepted. The assistant manager reserves the right to cancel the tender due to unavoidable circumstances.
