Bidders must have vendor registration with BMC, valid PAN, registration certificate, bank solvency, GST certificate, partnership deed (if any), similar completed work in last 5 years, average annual financial turnover, bid capacity calculation, and other documents.

If bidders submit misleading or false documents, 100% of the EMD will be forfeited.

The estimated cost is INR 21,07,**** excluding GST.

The bid notice states ime allowed: two months.

The bid notice states CPWD enlisted contractors of appropriate civilcomposite road category. . . those who satisfy the criteria of execution of similar works i. e. 3 no. works each of value not less than 40 of estimated cost put to tender or 2 no. works each of value not less than 60 of estimated cost put to tender or 1 no. work of value not less than 80 of the estimated cost put to tender within last 7 years ending previous month.

The bid notice states enderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.

The bid notice states samples of building materials, fittings and other articles required for execution of work shall be got approved from the engineerincharge before use in the work.
