The tender is for making temporary arrangements for Chhat Puja at various locations in Najafgarh. The work includes excavation, providing and fixing tarpaulin sheets, flex sheet boards, supplying and filling HDPE bags, surface dressing of ground, and backfilling. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 92,89,864. 00. The last date for bid submission is October 6, 2025, at 3:00 PM. The work must be completed within 10 days. The contractor must provide ESI and EPF registration. The bid requires an EMD of 2% of the tendered amount. The original EMD should be deposited in the office of the Executive Engineer. The performance guarantee is 5% of the tendered amount.
The time allowed for carrying out the work will be 10 days from the 01 day after the date of written orders to commence the work or from the 1 st day of handing over the site, whichever is later, in accordance with the phasing, if any, indicated in the tender documents.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to himself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assignment of a reason.
The participating contractors should upload selfattested copies of the following documents through eprocurement portal: copy of GST registration, registration of enlistment in the appropriate class in IFC, CPWD, Railway and BSNL along with the proof of registration from respective department, scanned copy of emd along with scanned copy of receipt of deposition of emd, scanned copy of e. s. i and e. p. f registration, copy of pan no, valid mobile number with whatsapp number email id, all the requisite documents must be selfattested before uploading.
In case the 1stlowest contractor fails to deposit the said performance guarantee within the period as indicated in schedule f including the extended period if any, the earnest money deposited by the contractor shall be forfeited automatically without any notice to the contractor.
Tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
The work is estimated to cost rs. 92, 89, 864.
