Tenders are invited for various civil works including construction of pathways, protection walls, and tile work in Block Nud, District Samba, under the CAPEX-PRI scheme for the year 2026-27. The bidding process is online. Bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents, including fee payment, earnest money, contractor registration, GST registration, PAN card, and an affidavit. The bid submission deadline is August 17, 2026, and bids will be opened on August 18, 2026. Contractors quoting rates 35% or more below the advertised cost must submit a written undertaking and justification. Failure to comply with requirements may lead to disqualification or forfeiture of earnest money. The defect liability period is 365 days. Bids are valid for 120 days.
The work must be completed within the stipulated time period. Failure to do so may result in penalties. the work will be put to fresh tender at what stage it may be at the risk and cost of the tenderer.
Payments will be made according to PWD account code, which includes withholding 10% of bills as contractor deposit. pwd account code shall be applicable for making payments to the contractorfirm that provides for withholding 10 of amount of bills as contractor deposit from all running bills.
The defect liability period for all civil works is 12 months from the date of completion. shall rectify all the defects during defect liability period of 12 month for all civil works.
The award will be based on percentage rates quoted by the bidder. the contract shall be for the whole works based on the priced bill of quantities submitted by the bidder.

A penalty of Rs 100 per day will be imposed if the contractor fails to start work within seven days of allotment. the lowest bidder shall have to provide the cdrfdr within weeks7days time after being declared as l1 for the issuance of allotment failing which hisher cdrfdr shall be forfeited and the work shall be put to fresh tender.
Bidders are encouraged to visit the site at their own cost and risk to familiarize themselves with the conditions. the bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works and its surroundings
Misleading or false representations, failure to submit required documents, or a record of poor performance can lead to disqualification. misleading or false representationsdocuments if any found at any step by the bidder, he shall be debarred to participate in any tendering process upto 6 months.
