To obtain firsthand information on the assignment and on the local conditions, the service provider agency is advised to pay a visit to the project site before submitting a proposal if any.

In case of noncompliance or breach of any terms of contract or unsatisfactory or inefficient servicing on the part of the agency, the owner will be at liberty to revoke the contract after giving notice of 07 days.
