The tender is for the procurement of two weed harvester machines, including operation and comprehensive maintenance. The work includes supplying, commissioning, testing, operation, and maintenance of the machines. The machines must meet specific technical specifications. The tender requires the submission of various documents, including GST registration, experience certificates, and technical specifications. The time allowed for the supply of the machine equipment shall be 120 days from the 14th day after the date of issue of loa. The bid notice states that all the items shall be guaranteed/warranted against any manufacturing defects, materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of effective delivery after satisfactory completion of trial run.
The bidder shall be the original equipment manufacturer authorized representative firm for weed harvester with authorization letter from principal supplier in case of dealer, from india who are legally competent and entitled for entering into contract as per the law of contract prevailing in india.
If the bidder fails to deliver any or all of the equipment as per the delivery schedule, ifc shall deduct from the contract price as liquidated damages late delivery penalty calculated without any reference to the bidder the delay shall include equipment installation supply, testing, transport and delivery and commissioning within 15 days of delivery completion of field tests. The amount of liquidated damages will however subject to the maximum of 10 of the total contract sum. Delay in excess of 90 days from the scheduled date of delivery may lead to the termination of contract and forfeiture of all deposits and performance guarantee.
The estimated cost of work is Rs. 5,56,03,****, according to the bid notice.
