The rates quoted should be exclusive of taxes but inclusive of all miscellaneous expenses and quoted per OMR sheet. The agency will provide backup of data on CD/DVD or in any other form as specified by the board. All results/data files are the exclusive property of the board. The board reserves the right to assess the agency's capability and to accept/reject any or all tenders.
