Patch Contractor e-Tenders

The work must be completed within 90 days. As stated: period of work 90 days and work should be completed in all respects by the end of the 3rd month.

Payments are made via part bills at intervals not less than 14 days, up to 90% of work value. As stated: payment will be made to the contractor by preparing billspart bills on request of the contractor at an interval not less than 14 days of previous bills subject to a maximum 90 of the complete value of work.

Site inspection is mandatory. As stated: the tenderer, at the tenderers own responsibility and risk, is mandatory to inspect and examine the site of proposed tender and its surroundings.

Bids without EMD will be rejected. As stated: tenders not accompanied by the earnest money deposit will be rejected. Also, failure to submit required documents leads to rejection.

Contractor responsible for plantation survival up to 30th August of fourth year. Defective work must be rectified at contractor's cost. the contractor shall be responsible not only for planting operations but also for ensuring the prescribed survival percentage of the plantation up to 30th august of the fourth year

If final survival percentage is less than prescribed, department recovers proportionate amount and forfeits performance security. the department shall be entitled to recover from the contractor an amount proportionate to the deficiency in survival in addition to forfeiture of performance security

Bidder is advised to visit and examine the site before submission. the bidder at his own responsibility and risk should visit and examine the site of work and surroundings before submission of bid

Bids may be rejected for non-submission of registration certificate, invalid GST/PAN, conditional bids, or wrong information. non submission of the same shall render the bid nonresponsive
