A penalty of Rs. 500 per day shall be imposed for delay in payment of driver salary. **** per day shall be imposed for not providing the vehicle.
Before tendering, the tenderer shall inspect the site of work and shall fully acquaint himself about the conditions with regard to site, nature of soil, availability of materials suitable location for construction of godowns, stores and labour huts, the extent of leads and lifts involved in the workover the entire duration of contract including local conditions, traffic restrictions, obstructions and other conditions, as required for satisfactory execution of the work.
The contractor shall be required to produce samples of all materials sufficiently in advance to obtain approval of the engineer-in-charge.
The estimated cost of work is Rs 3,57,878.
