The tender is for the removal of potholes on the old Eidgah road. Bidders must submit documents as defined in the qualification criteria. The earnest money is INR 20,000. The bid validity is 120 days. The work must be completed within 30 days. The opening date is December 20, 2025. The lowest bidder must provide registration/license issued by the Asstt. Labour Commissioner Doda under the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act 1970. The defect liability period is 36 months.
The work shall be completed within the stipulated time period mentioned above, which is 30 days.
PWD account code shall be applicable for making payments to the contractor/firm that provides for withholding 10 of amount of bills as contractor deposit.
The defect liability period shall be calculated from the date of certified completion of work and period shall be 36 months.
The allotting authority reserves the right of granting the contract to any of the tenderer if deems proper in the interest of the work of course at the lowest received rates without assigning any reason thereof.
In order to qualify, all bidders shall provide copies of documents as defined in the notice.
In case of failure, penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work shall be imposed upon him at the discretion of the next higher allotting authority.
The bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works.
The employer will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
