The work shall be completed in all respect as given in above table from the date of written order to commence the work. The work must be completed within 180 days.

Payment against works will be made subject to availability of fund. No compensation for delay in payments shall be entertained.

The work shall execute as per the direction of the AEE concerned site engineer. The date of time line for start of the work shall be reckoned within one week from the issuance of the lot/contract allotment as the case may be.

The cutting agency shall not be held responsible for any delay in payment on account of non-release of funds.

The defect liability period is 01 year after date of completion.

The hardcopy shall be obtaining only from the bidders who declare as L1 lowest.

In case of delay in completion of the work beyond stipulated time of completion, penalty upto 10 of the contract shall be imposed.

No payment shall be released to the contractor without a contract agreement duly signed by both parties, without test reports of mandatory quality control tests, and without geotagged photographs.

The allotting authority reserves the right of granting the contract to any of the tenderer if deems proper in the interest of the work of course at the lowest received rates without assigning any reason thereof.

In order to qualify, all bidders shall provide copies of documents as defined in the notice.

In case of failure, penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work shall be imposed upon him at the discretion of the next higher allotting authority.

The bidder, at his own cost, responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit, examine and familiarize himself with the site of works.

The employer will respond to any request for clarification received earlier than 10 days prior to the deadline for submission of bids.
