Payment to the agency will be as per actual work done and as per the inspection report and evaluation by the committee constituted by esg of the work done by the agency and subject to bills invoices certification by the technical section of esg.

The selection of the agency will be based on the lowest financial bid.

The agency shall have a cumulative gross turnover of minimum inr 20 lakhs for the last three financial years ****, ****, ****.

In the event of the successful agency defaults in maintaining the agreed timeframes scheduled set of activities as laid down in the contract, esg shall have the right to cancel the contract at any time and make alternative arrangement at the discretion of esg, in which case extra expenditure involved, will be recovered from the successful agency and the agency shall be liable to pay liquidated damages subject to a maximum of 20 of the total work order amount as an agreed pre estimate of the damages suffered.

The bid is liable to be disqualified if the information submitted in technical bid is found to be misrepresenting, misleading, incorrect or false, accidentally, unwillingly, or otherwise, at any point of time including during the execution of the work, if any.

The contract includes thirtysix 36 months comprehensive warranty.

Bidders must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of inr 50, 50, 00, **** over the last three 3 financial years fy ****, fy **** and fy ****.

The period of completion for the work is twelve months.

Payment for the work will be made as per the provision in the agreement form WBF ****, subject to availability of fund.

Selection of eligible agency will be made strictly on the basis of scrutiny and evaluation of particulars furnished at the time of bidding. The decision of the tender inviting authority shall be final and binding. The financial offer will be considered only if the technical bid is found qualified.

Eligibility criteria include experience in executing similar type of work in government departments or undertakings for bonafide, resourceful firms having minimum 40% credential of the amount for maintenance of water testing laboratory in PHE DTE. during the last 05 five years. Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the amount put to tender. Valid professional tax receipt, PAN card, and valid GSTIN are also required.

If any bidder withdraws their tender before acceptance or refuses to work without satisfactory explanation, they shall be disqualified for a period of one year or more, and their earnest money will be forfeited. Penalty for suppression or distortion of facts can lead to suspension from participating in tenders for three years, deactivation of user ID, and forfeiture of earnest money.

Before bidding, the bidders may visit the site to satisfy themselves about the local conditions and other matters at their own cost. No claim whatsoever on the ground of insufficient knowledge about the work site or local condition will be entertained at a later date.

In case of objection regarding prequalification of the agency, it should be lodged to the tender inviting authority within 2 days from the date of publication of the list of qualified agencies.

Tenders not fulfilling specified conditions or requirements will be liable for rejection. If any bidder withdraws their tender before acceptance or refuses to work, they will be disqualified for a period of one year or more, and their earnest money will be forfeited. Suppression or distortion of facts can lead to suspension from participating in tenders for three years.

The estimated total value of the work is INR 6,15,****.
