The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7 per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of bid. Similar works shall mean work of annual maintenance services for computers, printers, UPS. A valid completion certificate issued by the competent authority must also be uploaded in respect of similar works. The net amount of similar work shall be evaluated on specialized items of AMC of computer, printer UPS only. Bidders must also have an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 2. 68 lakhs 50 of estimated cost during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years. A scanned copy of the certificate from CA must be uploaded. The office of the service provider must be located in Delhi. A scanned copy of work experience of AMC work of minimum of 22 nos. computers in a single agreement must be uploaded. A scanned copy of an affidavit on nonjudicial stamp paper that the bidder shall not have been blacklisted/debarred from any government, semi-government organizations, e. g. , CPWD, PWD, railway authority, etc. , and municipal corporations must be uploaded. In case firms debarment/blacklisting is still valid, he shall not be permitted for participation of bid i. e. their debarment/blacklisting period is over on the last date of receipt of bid. The contractors shall have to submit an affidavit that he has not been debarred/blacklisted to participate in a tender by any PSUs, semi-govt. , govt. organization as on date. Applicable for CPWD enlisted contractors and non-CPWD contractors.
