The tender is for the repair and refurbishment of an operator cabin in an EKG shovel. Bids are invited online. The estimated value of the tender is INR 93,404. 00. 90% payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. The balance retained 10% payment will be made after completion of warranty period.
The guarantee/warranty is for 6 months/1500 hrs from the date of completion/handing over of the work, whichever is earlier. If any item repaired against the work order fails because of poor workmanship or quality, the same shall be replaced/repaired free of cost within 15 days.
L1 will be decided based on cost to the company.
The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.
Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. The same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair/replacement in case of failure under warranty/guarantee.
Every tenderer is expected, before quoting his rates, to go through the requirements of materialsworkmanship under specificationrequirements and conditions of contract and to inspect the sitearea of the proposed work at his own cost.
