The rates quoted in the BOQ/Price Bid/Price Quote shall only be considered to arrive the L1 tenderer. In case of tie, following criteria will be followed: tie breaker criteria: in case there is a tie for the lowest offers received for the work, an opportunity shall be given to those tenderers for submitting their revised offer in a sealed cover which shall be opened by the tender opening members on a fixed date in the presence of the tenderers their representatives who wish to present and the lowest tenderer will be decided considering the revised offer. Even in case of receiving revised offer could not result in finalization of L1 bidder, following criteria will be followed for the lowest offers received from tenderers: i tenderer having highest average annual financial turnover during the last three financial years i. e. fy ****, **** **** will be considered as l1 bidder. ii even in case of tie for criteria mentioned at sl. no. i, first priority will be given to micro enterprises, second priority will be given to small enterprises third priority will be given to medium enterprises for the finalization of l1 bidder.

The mandatory prequalification criteria for the work are mentioned at appendix7. The agencies who meet the prequalification requirements as mentioned at appendix7 may submit their applications online as per appendix7a, appendix 7b, appendix 7c and other appendices along with the scanned copies of the relevant documents in support of the eligibility criterion online before bid closingsubmission date.

The estimated value of work is **** crores approx.

The work should be completed within the stipulated period which shall be reckoned from the expiry of 10 ten days from the issue of letter of acceptance of tender/work order or handing over the site or handing over reasonable number of working drawings to the contractor or the period of mobilization allowed in the work order for starting the work in special circumstances, whichever is latest.

90% payment will be made within 30 days of submission of bill after successful completion and acceptance of job. The balance retained 10% payment will be made after completion of warranty period.

The guarantee/warranty is for 6 months/1500 hrs from the date of completion/handing over of the work, whichever is earlier. If any item repaired against the work order fails because of poor workmanship or quality, the same shall be replaced/repaired free of cost within 15 days.

L1 will be decided based on cost to the company.

The invitation for bid is open to all bidders including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company or a joint venture having eligibility to participate as per eligibility criteria stipulated in clause no. 8 of nit and having digital signature certificate dsc issued from any agency authorized by controller of certifying authority cca, govt. of india and which can be traced up to the chain of trust to the root certificate of cca.

Liquidity damages will be charged @per week or part thereof subject to maximum of 10 of the total awarded value for delay in completion of work. The same ld clause will apply to the delay in repair/replacement in case of failure under warranty/guarantee.

Every tenderer is expected, before quoting his rates, to go through the requirements of materialsworkmanship under specificationrequirements and conditions of contract and to inspect the sitearea of the proposed work at his own cost.

The bidder may seek clarification online within the specified period. The period for seeking clarification by bidder will be up to 7seven days before the end date of bid submission.

The estimated value of the tender is INR 93,****.
