The firm/agency/supplier will ensure the repair of items for a period of 3 years within their quoted bid amount. No extra payment will be made for this purpose.
The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder (L1), subject to fulfilling other conditions. In case of identical bids, preference will be given to bidders with more experience in similar works. If experience is also identical, a draw of lots will be conducted.
The firm/agency/contractor/society must be registered by the Divisional Wildlife Officer, Hisar, have a minimum one-year similar nature works experience, be registered for GST and income tax, have an average annual financial turnover of at least **** lakhs for the last three years, and have a proven good track record of providing similar services in government PSUs.
Penalty may be levied up to 1% per week of the total value of the tender for non-execution of work within the stipulated period up to one month delay, and up to 2% per week when delay exceeds one month to two months. Thereafter, the tender is liable to be cancelled, and earnest money will be forfeited to the government.
Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work to study all field conditions and quote their rates accordingly. No enhancement in rate due to any reason will be entertained thereafter.
The estimated tentative time expenditure for the work is Rs. 15,00,000.
