The bid submission deadline is September 2, 2025, at 11:00 hours.

Payment for the actual work executed at the site will be made after verification by the concerned inspector and after receiving a successful completion work certificate. Payment is subject to fund availability and Haryana treasury rules.

The firm/agency/supplier will ensure the repair of items for a period of 3 years within their quoted bid amount. No extra payment will be made for this purpose.

The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder (L1), subject to fulfilling other conditions. In case of identical bids, preference will be given to bidders with more experience in similar works. If experience is also identical, a draw of lots will be conducted.

The firm/agency/contractor/society must be registered by the Divisional Wildlife Officer, Hisar, have a minimum one-year similar nature works experience, be registered for GST and income tax, have an average annual financial turnover of at least **** lakhs for the last three years, and have a proven good track record of providing similar services in government PSUs.

Penalty may be levied up to 1% per week of the total value of the tender for non-execution of work within the stipulated period up to one month delay, and up to 2% per week when delay exceeds one month to two months. Thereafter, the tender is liable to be cancelled, and earnest money will be forfeited to the government.

Tenderers are advised to visit the site of work to study all field conditions and quote their rates accordingly. No enhancement in rate due to any reason will be entertained thereafter.

The estimated tentative time expenditure for the work is Rs. 15,00,000.

The expiry date for online submission of tenders is 02/09/2025 11:00 AM.

Payment shall be subject to availability of funds and as per Haryana treasury rules and feasibility of executing work at site.

The lowest tender will ordinarily be accepted, but the authority competent to accept the tender reserves the power of accepting or rejecting any tender by giving a speaking order. In case of identical bids, bidders with more experience in similar works will be preferred.

Eligible bidders are bidders registered with Haryana government, other state governments, government of India and other central and state government undertakings who satisfy the qualification criteria. The contractor/firm/organization/society should have a minimum annual turnover amount of **** lakh during the year ****, proof of turnover must be attached with UDIN certification. The firm/agency/contractor/society should be registered for payment of GST and income tax. The firm/agency/contractor/society should have proven good track record of providing service of similar nature in govt. PSU, good conduct certificate from govt. PSU as proof where the service has been/is being provided, and an affidavit stating that no court criminal case is pending against any of the directors of the company and has never been blacklisted or debarred by any govt. organization or public sector undertaking. The firm/agency/contractor/society should have been registered for EPF/ESI with concerned authority and should possess valid registration no. if required. The contractor firm/society/agency should have experience of similar nature work. Experience certificate for the period as mentioned above must be submitted with the technical bid.
