The period of work is one year from the date of commencement of work.

95 payment will be made with time period of 90 days from the date of completion of works as the case may be.

The work should be guaranteed for satisfactory operation for a period of twelve months from the date of successful commissioning of the unit after completion of work.

The tender inviting authority reserves the right to award the works to the contractor or split the work suitably and award the same to one or more contractor without assigning any reasons therefor.

The bidder should have previous experience in routine housekeeping upkeeping works in buildings of any of the public sector undertaking state electricity boards in india any state or central government organizations in india in a single order of value not less than rs. 6. 76 lakhs within the past ten years as on the date of tender opening.

If the contractor fails in the due performance of this contract within the time fixed by the contract or any extension thereof, and contractor is liable, at the discretion of the engineer to levy of liquidated damages for the delay in execution, which shall be at half percent 0. 5 of the contract price of the delayed portion, for each completed week of delay.

The owner will conduct negotiation on the offered rates with the successful bidder, whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and has been determined as the lowest evaluated bid, provided further that the bidder is determined to be qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily. The agency should have the experience of minimum three years in housekeeping and maintenance of building. The work experience in similar work under single contract, costing equal to 70 of the annual estimated amount in housekeeping and maintenance with reputed organizations government departments public sector central or state reputed private sector companies multinational corporations public or private sector banks, hotels and hospitals on roundtheclock basis. or the work experience in similar work under two contracts, costing equal to 40 of the annual estimated amount in housekeeping and maintenance with reputed organizations government departments public sector central or state reputed private sector companies multinational corporations public or private sector banks, hotels and hospitals on roundtheclock basis or the work experience in similar work under three contracts, costing equal to 30 of the annual estimated amount in housekeeping and maintenance with reputed organizations government departments public sector central or state reputed private sector companies multinational corporations public or private sector banks, hotels and hospitals on roundtheclock basis. Documentary evidence for such experience in housekeeping, maintenance services and relevant work experience certificates of having successfully completed similar works contracts basis for a continuous period of a minimum of two years, during last five years shall be uploaded along with the tender, without which tender is liable for rejection at the discretion of the nigam. The bidder must be financially competent and must not be anticipating any ownership change during the period from bid submission to completion of contract. The bidder should have a valid license, issued by labour commissioner from haryana before submission of tenders. License under renewal shall be considered for acceptance on production of documentary proof of application of renewal submitted to the labour commissioner.
