Valid certificate of good laboratory practice glp issued by the licensing authority. Analytical laboratory, which has manufacturing activity, shall not be eligible to participate in the tender. Agents of analytical testing laboratories are not eligible to participate in the tender.
For any delay more than stipulated above, 5 of the testing charges per day would be deducted as penalty up to 100 of the maximum of testing charges of that particular test. if consecutively for 4 times or more than 8 times in a year or a delay of more than 15 days occurs over the time period stipulated of any item in 8 then the penalty for subsequent delays would be 10 of testing charges per day, up to 100 of the maximum of testing charges of that particular tests. if there are five consecutive instances of any delay in the reporting of the results by the empanelled laboratories, the agreement clause may be annulled.
jmhidpcl reserves the right to conduct the inspection of the laboratory facility if needed as part of technical evaluation and bidders must facilitate the same on request and jmhidpcl reserves the right to technically disqualify any bidder if found technically incompetent.
The sample shall be sent to the laboratory by indian speed post parcel post courier transport by the jmhidpcl. The packing and forwarding charges will be bear by jmhidpcl.
