The offer should be for immediate delivery, i. e. , within fifteen (15) working days from the date of receipt of our order or as specified in the purchase order. Non-execution of the order within the prescribed date will lead to cancellation of orders placed. The supplier will be blacklisted.

No advance payment will be made. The supplier may claim 100% payment against delivery and goodness of title certificate.

If any dispute, on recommendations of the evaluation committee, the principal reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations even if it is found lowest without assigning reasons thereof.

Bidders must be registered with the Tamil Nadu government eprocurement system portal and also should possess digital signature certificate. The bidders should have corporate office/registered office/branch office/service centre within Tamil Nadu. Copy of proof of address (for having office within Tamil Nadu) should be uploaded.
