The tender is for the procurement of crawler mini hydraulic excavators and their comprehensive maintenance. Bidders must submit various documents, including GST registration, experience certificates, and EMD. The work is to be completed within 5 years. The site is available. The tender will be opened on November 19, 2025. A performance guarantee of 5% of the tendered amount is required. The contractor must pay minimum wages and comply with labor laws. The decision of the Chief Engineer, IFC, Delhi, will be final in case of disputes. The machine supply should be completed within 90 days.
The supply of the machine shall be completed within 90 days and comprehensive maintenance of machine shall be completed within 5 years from the date of effective delivery of machine.
Terms of payment will be according to c. p. w. d. code given in the tender.
All the items shall be guaranteed against any manufacturing defects, materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of effective delivery after satisfactory completion of trial run.
The competent authority on behalf of president of india does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any other tender and reserves to itself the authority to reject any or all of the tenders received without the assigning any reason.
Contractorsfirms original equipment manufacturer oem or its authorised agencydealer are eligible to apply subject further to submission of definite proof, to the satisfaction of the engineerincharge ee that contractor should have satisfactorily completed within 7 years, to be reckoned from the date of opening, works of similar nature of magnitudeshown below.
If the bidder fails to deliver any or all of the equipments as per the delivery schedule, ifc shall deduct from the contract price as liquidated damages late delivery penalty calculated on the basis of delayed days for delayed quantum delayed work amount of work and rate of calculation will be 2 per month of delivery price which will be recovered from the bidder without any reference to the bidder.
The tenderers are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting their tenders as to the nature of the ground and subsoil so far as is practicable, the form and nature of the site, the means of access to the site, the accommodation they may require and in general shall themselves obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances which may influence or affect their tender.
The work is estimated to cost rs. 1, 08, 78, 632 rs. one crore eight lakh seventy eight thousand six hundred thirty two only this estimate, however, is given merely as a rough guide.
