The successful bidder will be expected to complete the works within the date as specified in the bid document.

Deposit @10% from each payment shall be deducted from all the running bills of contractors and the same shall be refunded/release after successful period of defect liability of 12 months from the date of completion of work.

A defect liability period of 12 months shall be reckoned from the date of completion of work certified by the AEE incharge. The contractor shall be responsible for any defect at his own expenses which may occur or may be noticed within 12 months after date of completion.

The employer will award the contract to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive to the bidding documents and who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price.

The pre qualification criteria shall consist of the following: tenders to be submitted online in two cover systems. A cover 1st technical cover cover ist shall contain: 1. scanned copy of registration card of the contractor duly renewed for the current financial year **** or above. 2. scanned copy of pan card. 3. scanned copy of gst registration certificate and latest gst return. if the bidder have opted for qrmp quarterly return filing and monthly payment of taxes scheme under gst then gstr3b for quarterly april to june 2025 or onwards to be uploaded if the bidder have opted for monthly basis then gstr3b for the month of august2025 or onwards to be uploaded. 4. scanned copy of tender fees in the shape of treasury challan non refundable. 5. scanned copy of emd in the shape of cdrfdr. 6. information as per annexurea scanned copy. 7. scanned copy of ist page of jk bank account pass book where the name account holder, bank account number ifsc code is mentioned.

Penalty upto 10 shall be imposed upon the agency, if any delay in completion of the work beyond the period stipulated in the enit without any justification.

The tender value in INR is 3,41,000.

The work shall have to be completed by the contractor within stipulated time period mentioned above, which is 45 days, as stated in the bid notice.

PWD account code shall be applicable for making payments to the contractor/firm that provides for withholding 10 of amount of bills as contractor deposit from all running bills.

The accepting authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders before or after their opening without assigning any reason thereof.

The bid notice states that he bidder shall furnish as part of the bid security declaration form mentioned in the nit.

In case of his failure penalty to the extent of 10 of the total value to the work shall be imposed upon him at the discretion of the next higher allotting authority.

The intending contractors agencies are advised to inspect the site of work and keep in view the actual conditions prevailing at site before tendering for the work.

The tender value is INR 2,95,000, as stated in the bid notice.

The bid submission closing date is **** at 14:00 hrs.

Payment of work done will be made to the contractors concerned on availability of fund and after deduction of cess as per government norms.

The financial offer of the prospective tenderer will be considered only if the technical bid of the tenderer is found qualified by the tender evaluation committee.

Bidders must fulfill the prequalification conditions and submit all required documents, including scanned copies of valid professional tax deposit receipt challan, PAN card, income tax return, trade license, GST registration certificate, and credential certificate/completion certificate/payment certificate of having 40% of the estimated amount put to tender of similar nature of the work done under the state government or its undertaking or its central government or its undertaking or any statutory body during the last 5 years.

Compensation for delay of work @2% of the tendered value of work arrived for each month of delay to be computed on per day basis subject to the ceiling limit of security deposit already withheld or due to be withheld during imposition of the said clause and minimum payable compensation equivalent to the earnest money deposited (EMD).

Before submitting tenders, tenderers are to satisfy themselves by the actual visit to the site as regards the prevailing conditions.

The estimated value for the construction of a covered pucca drain is 3,49,**** INR.
