The completion period for construction works is four months including the rainy season, as stated in the bid notice.

The eligible and approved contractors registered with UP RED, in appropriate class A, B, C, and D as the case may be, can participate in the bid.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Executive Engineer, Rural Engineering Department, Ghaziabad.

The intended completion date for the whole of the works is 2 months after start of work.

The bidder, at the bidders own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for construction of the works.

The technical qualification part of the bids will be opened online at municipal council bhadurgarh on **** at 10:00 hrs.

Running payment for work may be made to the executing agency as per availability of fund. The executing agency may not get a running payment unless the gross amount of running bill is 50 y lakh or 30 of the tendered amount whichever is less.

The decision of the tender evaluation committee will be final and absolute.

The bonafide contractors having sufficient experience in execution of works mentioned in list of scheme value not less than as noted above of working a single work during 05 five years prior to the date of issue of this tender notice.

If any defect damage are found during the period as mentioned above, the contractor shall make the same good at his own cost to the specification at par with instant project work. On failure to do so, penal action against the contractor will be imposed by the department as deemed fit.

The bidder, at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all informations that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for the work as mentioned in the notice inviting tender, before submitting offer with full satisfaction, the cost of visiting the site shall be at his own expense.

If any objection regarding prequalifying the agency that should be lodged online to the chairman of tender evaluation committee within 2 two days from the date of publication of list of qualified agencies and beyond that time schedule no objection will be entertained by the tender evaluation committee.
