Irrigation Water e-Tenders

The intended completion date is 1 month 15 and days after start of work as per the appendix to ITB.

The contract will be awarded to the bidder who has offered the lowest evaluated bid price as per clause 31. 1 of ITB.

Bidders must have contractor ID on www. ***. *. * and meet eligibility criteria. For works up to Rs 25 lakhs, contractor ID on Haryana Engineering Works Portal is required.

The bidder is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works at their own expense as per clause 7. 1 of ITB.

After technical evaluation results are posted, the employer shall wait for 7 days before opening the financial bid to allow disqualified bidders to seek remedy.

Bids without earnest money/EMD declaration form and tender document fee will not be opened. Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected.

Bidders who failed to complete works in 2024-25/2025-26 are not eligible. the bidders who had participated in **** and has not completed the works within stipulated time frame. . . are strictly not eligible
