Payment will be based on below mention criteria milestone payment terms. DITC to release 10 of payment to the selected bidders submission of detailed plan with timeline. DITC to release 20 of payment to the selected bidders database of msmes identified to be onboarded for the said intervention, with due verification. DITC to release 30 of payment to the selected bidders submission of detailed action plan per msme. DITC to release the balance 40 payment to the selected bidders post the declaration of champion msme and submission of final report as per the format finalized. Payment to the business accelerator agencies will be milestone based and DITC shall pay all invoices within 45 days from the date of receipt of the verified invoice. The invoice amount would be paid after the evaluation of performance against deliverables. Progress reports will be assessed by DITC before disbursement of the payment, for the purpose of which DITC may ask for clarifications or information, which the agency shall be obligated to provide.
