The participating contractor should upload copies of the following documents through e-procurement portal: a copy of demand draft, account payee banker's cheque, FDR of any commercial bank against EMD, copy of GST registration, copy of registration of enlistment in the appropriate class, copy of ESI and EPF registration, copy of registration in respective department, copy of PAN number, valid mobile number, WhatsApp number and email ID on letter head, experience certificate. The firm/agency must enclose a certificate (affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper) indicating that there is no criminal/legal suit and debarred/suspended/blacklisted by any central/state/university/autonomous organization pending or contemplated against them not older than 3 months. The contractor should have previous experience in undertaking handling of similar work. Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years ending last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following: three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender; or two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender; or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.

If any bidder withdraws his bid tender or makes any modification in the terms/conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department within 7 days after the last date of submission of bids, then the government shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 50% of the earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not. If any tenderer withdraws his tender or makes any modification in the terms/conditions of the tender which is not acceptable to the department after expiry of 7 days after the last date of submission of bids, then the government shall, without prejudice to any other right or remedy, be at liberty to forfeit 100% of the earnest money absolutely irrespective of letter of acceptance for the work is issued or not.

The site for the work is available and the contractor is advised to visit the site before bidding. No claim will be taken afterwards for any difficulty.
